- Can one partner have several users?
- Yes. Link users to a partner organisation and scope records to the organisation, so everyone at that vendor sees the same jobs.
- What if a partner shouldn't see a particular field?
- Hide it for their role. Field-level permissions apply to every page and form, and are enforced server-side.
- How do partners get access?
- Add them to your users table (or let Stacker create it) and send an invite. They log in with their email address — no Airtable or Google account needed.
- Is there a limit on partner users?
- External users are unlimited on Plus and above. Starter includes 50.
